When your robot stops,
we get it going again.
Diagnose, repair and recalibrate — for the wave of consumer and small-business robots and droids that are now everywhere. Send-in from anywhere in the UK; on-site visits for businesses in the North West.
Robots and droids we work on.
If it senses, decides and moves — we'll take a look. The list below covers the bulk of what we see; if your robot isn't on it, ask anyway.
Robot vacuums & cleaning robots
iRobot Roomba, Roborock, Ecovacs, Dreame, Eufy, Shark, SwitchBot, Mova and similar. Mop-and-vac combos, window cleaners and pool robots welcome.
Service & hospitality robots
Server robots in restaurants, greeter and concierge robots, retail stockcheckers, delivery and logistics robots, sanitisation robots.
Companion & pet robots
Social companions, eldercare aids, robotic pets and emotional-support droids — from Aibo and Vector to newer entrants.
Humanoid robots & droids
Consumer humanoids and assistant droids as they arrive. Bipedal, wheeled and torso-only platforms — we keep up with the field as it develops.
Robotic mowers & garden robots
Husqvarna Automower, Worx Landroid, EcoFlow Blade, Stihl iMow and similar — plus pool-cleaning robots and outdoor security/patrol robots.
Educational & hobby robots
LEGO Mindstorms / SPIKE, VEX, micro:bit kits, Arduino and Raspberry Pi-based builds, drone repair, and bedroom-build droids.
Something else?
Tell us what it is and what's wrong — we'll honestly say whether we can help, and if we can't, we'll point you somewhere that can.
Five steps, no surprises.
Tell us
Send the symptoms via the contact form. Photos help.
Triage
We come back with a likely cause and an estimate range.
Send / visit
Post the unit to us, or we visit (North West businesses).
Fixed quote
Once we've inspected it, we send a fixed-price repair quote.
Repair & return
You approve, we fix, we test, we send it back.
30-day warranty on the work we do. If the same fault returns, we put it right.
If we can't repair it, you don't pay for the repair (postage and inspection fees may still apply).
If a unit isn't economic to repair, or we're not the right fit, we say so up front.
Repair, or replace?
We'll always do the maths.
Some robots cost less new than the repair would — especially entry-level vacuums or hobby kits. If parts and labour come close to a replacement, we'll say so up front and you can walk away.
Ask anyway.
Triage is no-obligation. We often find fixes you wouldn't expect, and even when we can't, we can usually point you to a sensible replacement — or to the manufacturer if it's still under warranty.
We focus on the wave of consumer and small-business robots, droids and humanoids that's now everywhere — not industrial arms or factory automation. Anything that senses, decides and moves is fair game; if you're not sure, just ask.
Tell us about your robot.
We reply within 48 hours, usually sooner.
